1. Follow up the process of new project from NPI sample to mass production.

2. Control the progress of new project and confirm the climb up schedule.

3. Confirm the delivery date based on the material, tooling and capacity.

4. Chase the material schedule and update material shortage status whenever occurred.

5. Follow up tightly for the W/O list, well understand the status of W/O, including materials, production status and any quality issues, etc.

6. Negotiation with cross department like PE and quality department handle production abnormal issue.

7. Highlight any risk of missing customers’ due date to customer service Rep, and provide advice to customer service Rep of recommitment.

1. College’s degree or above, with Mechanical or Logistics learning background preferred.

2. 1-3 years production/material planning relevant working experience.

3. Have a basic knowledge of project management.

4. Good coordination and communication skill.

5. Understanding the basic knowledge of supply chain management, and ability to use one kind of MRP/ERP software.

6. Have English reading and writing skills, and proficiently reply business related email English, and operate English system.

7. Excellent on office software, especially on excel.
