Job description
Job Purpose or Summary
Carry out the purchasing activities, specialized in Construction + IT equipment and ensure that all purchases of goods or services meet organization’s demand and quality requirements at the optimal price and at the right time.
Main Responsibilities
1. Implement the internal procurement strategies and procurement policies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements at the lowest possible cost;
2. Understand clearly the specific demand or requirements of the organization and liaise between suppliers, manufacturers and relevant internal departments;
3. Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase goods or services from both local and overseas vendors;
4. Conduct a comparative analysis on supplier prices;
5. Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project;
6. Verify that the required order is within the agreed budget. Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions, include alignment with budget owners in cases over budget;
7. In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules;
8. Process payments and invoices in line with the agreed trading terms;
9. Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors;
10. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation;
11. Assist in Periodic Performance Review for vendors;
12. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends;
13. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned;
14. Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;
15. Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;

Job requirements
- University graduate
- Business Administration or Foreign trade or Finance
- Vietnamese language and Fluent in English.
- Good computer skills in Excel, Word, Power-points, ERP software.
- At least 4 years of work experience in procurement at officer or executive level, for Construction and IT category in Retail industry
- Essential Capabilities:
