Chuyên Viên Sản Phẩm/ Product Specialist

• Technical Support:
o Responsible for product and spare parts installation, repair and maintenance of faulty system;
o Provide technical support in the commissioning, operation, reprogrammings, maintenance and de-commissioning of medical equipment;
o Monitor the Preventive Maintenance program to ensure minimal disruption to operations and to ensure that medical equipment is safe for use at all the times
o Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline.
o Attending to daily service requests, breakdowns and provide service support;
o Ensure that all scheduled servicing and reactive maintenance tasks are completed on time and in full;
o Assist experienced technical specialists during surgeries and implants of CRM devices, providing troubleshooting and technical assistance.
o Support field clinical investigations in assigned institutions, ensuring completion of necessary documentation.
o Provide on-call support as needed for surgeries, reprogrammings, troubleshooting, follow-up enrollments, etc., on evenings and weekends.
o Contribute to a safe working environment and proactively identify and deal with issues depending on severity;
o Comply with Quality System requirements, instructions relating to health and safety at the workplace;
o Understand and adhere with Principals’ applicable compliance, code of conduct policies & procedures.
• Educational Support:
o Participate in the development and delivery of training programs for physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CRM devices.
o Assist in conducting and/or coordinating educational events and workshops.
• Sales Support:
o Collaborate with sales representatives to identify sales opportunities and support the sales process.
o Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to assist in closing deals.
• Customer Service:
o Build strong relationships with customers, including cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and nurses.
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
o Provide technical support and assistance for device implants, programming, and follow-up care.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge in Information Technology and/or a wide range of medical product
• 1-2 years of field experience in the medical industry would be an advantage
• Be able to read English technical documents.
• Strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn about medical devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to perform shift and standby duties
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant coursework or experience related to medical devices or healthcare.
• A passion for technology and a desire to make a positive impact on patient care.
