About the role:
As the Course Consultant (Telesales - Ed-tech Sales), you will call parents to sell our Walnut Coding program, to achieve the monthly personal sales target. You are comfortable speaking over the phone with parents on a daily basis to help them understand the value of Walnut Coding's products to their kids/children in a personalized way, creating a good customer experience and satisfaction. You also must follow up on the leads and provide excellent customer service, resulting in strong referrals or word of mouth among the parents' community.
Other responsibilities include managing the sales administrative aspect to ensure all activities are logged on the CRM and tracked properly. You are required to attend local marketing events/roadshows whenever needed as well.
Who are You?
• Proven years of direct sales, telesales, or telemarketing experience, preferably within the education or ed-tech space.
• Comfortable doing telesales calling to B2C customers' parents and their guardians.
• Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales goals.
• You are energetic, hungry for success, and achievement-oriented while being empathetic, engaging, and consultative to our customers.
The working days and hours are from Tuesday to Saturday, from 1 pm to 9 pm. Our office is at WeWork Funan (109 North Bridge Road).
