Chuyên Viên Tuân Thủ Cấp Cao (May Mặc) - Senior Compliance (CSR)

1. Conduct Monthly Internal Audits:

Carry out regular internal audits focusing on Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), security, and labor compliance to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.

2. Customer Compliance Support:

Collaborate with customers to address and fulfill requirements related to social compliance and sustainability, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with industry best practices.

3. Sustainability Program Alignment:

Coordinate with the Linea Aqua Sustainability Team to align local sustainability initiatives in Vietnam with the Group's overarching sustainability strategy.

Prepare the MAS Environmental Reporting Program (MERP) by collecting and consolidating relevant environmental data (e.g., water, electricity, emissions).

4. Compliance & Standard Implementation:

Ensure strict adherence to organizational standards in areas including safety, environmental protection, labor law compliance, brand protection, and 5S practices. Maintain and manage all Health & Safety documentation and records to ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Support related projects across departments.

5. Project Leadership:

Lead internal teams and volunteers in planning and executing sustainability and community engagement initiatives.

6. Other Duties:

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management, in line with the scope and level of the current role.t

- Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field (Engineering / environmental sustainability/...); - 3-4 years of relevant work experience including exposure to Compliance activities/ Sustainability implementation / Good Project Management skills; having experience in Manufacturing Company, special in Garment Factory would be an advantage. - Good command in English; - Analytical, Good communication and Interpersonal skill; - Organized and detail oriented; - Methodical and responsiveness.
