CI Control (Temp 8-month) - 3rd Party contract

1/ Commercial Investment tasks:

• Understand Commercial Investment and compliance policy which related to support for dealers (such as promotion/ discount/ voucher/ activities support for dealer events).

• Raise CI project registration in Paws system to get approval from Managers/ Division Head before activating campaign/activity.

• When the activity ends, collect invoices/related documents from dealers to raise CI payout with data prepared by Sales data team.

2/ Administration

• Support to prepare get approval for Announcement Letter & Quarterly Target Letter (if any).

• Follow up and make sure CI process smoothly operated (CI project registration, CI payout) to reduce long outstanding CI payout.

3/ Others

• Support other ah-hoc task required by section manger.

• Support Sales PIC (Person In Charge) for the other jobs.

Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point.

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or relevant.

• Good English communication.

• Result-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across departments and functions.

• Paying good attention to details.
