1. Responsibilities:

 Instruction and Training: Develop and implement effective education programs and training sessions for students.

 Curriculum Development: Design and adapt education curricula based on the needs and requirements of students, school and DOET

 Skill Enhancement: Assess student’s abilities and progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve their performance. Develop personalized training plans to help students achieve their goals.

 Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to participate actively and enjoy education.

 Collaboration: Collaborate with other department education teachers and school staff to coordinate events, tournaments, and programs related. Share best practices and innovative teaching methods to enhance the overall quality of education.

 Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in education training. Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

 Participate in other events and activities according to the school's plan or subject projects that require the coordination of teachers throughout the school.

2. Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Civic Pedagogy

 Bachelor's degree in a related field (have a certificate of pedagogical training)

 Have 2-3 years of teaching experience in a similar position

 Be able to teach to the new high school curriculum requirements.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
