Check premium status when necessary.
Review banking information and currency desired.
Check claim as per policy requirements as per contract provisions.
Accurately assigns appropriate medical code corresponding to service received.
Updates data base with accurate information to issue a payment notice.
Forwards payment notices to Team Lead for validation.
Other administrative tasks:
Sends pre-approval letters with the approval of the consulting physician or dentist, as required.
Forwards required documents to Case Management Specialist, as per set guidelines.
Customer care by telephone, regular mail, e-mail.
Follows appropriate procedures for forwarding of difficult cases
Communication with hosputal network
Any other tasks given by the Claims Manager.
Has excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Has Health Insurance Knowledge
Sound judgement and able to analyze and prioritize assignments
Good organizational skills
High tolerance to pressure
High customer-oriented mind
