- Carefully checking Claim Process
- Completing specific tasks in Claims Dept as assigned by Head of Claim
*Accountabilities:
- According to benefit submitted in wording, handing and announcing the reimbursement/ declined amount to customers. Sending additional letters (if have) to customers
- Checking documents before sending the declined settlement in relation to the reasons and content of refusal
- Supporting and responding any requests/ complaints of customers through CC’s hotline/Telephonist
- Following up and checking the claims fund advance; the weekly/monthly reports
- Doing others as required
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Knowledge of law, medical, insurance.
- Having experience in claim investigation.
- Good English communication
