Claims Assessment Specialist/supervior

• Justifying the validity and completeness of claim file

• Giving out approprate requirement for information, documents and investigation

• Making sound claim assessment and accurate claim decision

• Providing excellent service to customers, agency force and others

• Handling customer’s complaint

• Monitoring pending claims and ensuring service TAT

• Training and coaching claim assessors

• Taking charge of other tasks/projects as and when assigned by Claims Manager

• University degree, medical back-ground is preferred

• 3-year experience in claim assessment or clinical experience

• Strong analytical and judgmental skills

• Interpersonal and supervisory skills

• Good at communication, negociation and presentation

• High level of integrity and initiatives

• Highly committed and self-motivated

• Well organized and be able to work under tight deadline and pressure

• Be familiar with computer software and usage
