Mô Tả Công Việc
+ Instruct customers the procedure to submit claims to insurers;
+ Follow with insurers to have claims settled soon and in an appropriate way;
+ Give customers a reasonable explanation about the claim settlement;
+ Other support in claim settlement;
- Handle the claim works for Axinan Vietnam, including:
+ For the deals that Axinan Vietnam is in charge of claim settlement:
• Communicate with insurance agents and clients;
• Prepare claim forms and related documentation;
• Instruct claimants in preparing claim documents and submitting claims;
• Review claim submissions and verify the information;
• Do claim investigation and assessment, propose the claim settlement decisions;
• Implement site inspection and related work at the stores/contractors as assigned (including: inspect service quality, collect claim dossier, insured parts, etc);
• Negotiate with customer/contractors on cost of reinstatement works;
• Settle/follow claim payment;
• Prepare claim reports;
• Ensure claims are processed within the specific turnaround time;
• Carry out customer service (including: handle customer’s inquiries or complaint, provide customer with information and as such).
+ For the deals that insurers are in charge of claim settlement:
• Support insurers in all claim settlement as regulated in the contracts between Axinan Vietnam and insurers;
• Prepare all claim reports, do claim payment reconciliation with insurers as requested.
- Support insurance and commecial partners in claim management;
- Participate in other works of the Operation team: business figures reconciliation, procedure development, administrative task;
- Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 01 year experience in insurance claim settlement and/or customer service;
- Good logical and structural thinking, strong sense of responsibility, customer-oriented mind and result-oriented mindset;
- Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and dispute settlement skills;
- Ability to do multi-tasks, prioritize, work in a team and independently, manage time effectively;
- Suitable customer service skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- High attention to detail;
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, MS Excel; knowing the insurance software/web/app is preferred;
- English is required.
