Clearance Broker (Nhân Viên Khai Báo Hải Quan) (Nội Bài)

What you will do

• Handle end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

• Review customs documentation, classify goods according to customs regulations, declare customs declaration form and determine duty rates and tax liabilities.

• Resolve customs-related issues and provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and proactively resolving any clearance issues

• Collaborate closely with government agencies, regulatory bodies and internal teams for efficient and timely clearance.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• At least three (3) years of work experience in Customs

• Customs professional certificate issued by Customs Department is preferrable

• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures and trade compliance

• Proficiency in customs clearance software and online customs portal

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & PC

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with a strong accuracy & attention to detail
