Client Advisor (Chuyên Viên Tư Vấn Khách Hàng) – Lam Boutique

THE ROLE

As a Client Advisor, you are the face and the voice of Lam Boutique. You will embody the brand’s philosophy, guiding each client through a curated, emotional journey of discovery and style.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience that reflects Lam’s values of refinement and authenticity.

• Provide professional styling consultation based on a deep understanding of the client’s individuality and lifestyle.

• Develop long-term client relationships through genuine connection and impeccable service (clienteling).

• Maintain visual and operational excellence of the boutique environment.

• Contribute to the store’s performance through proactive client engagement, teamwork, and consistent service standards.

WORKING HOURS

• 6 hours/day (not including break)

• 6 days/week

• Shift per day:

Morning: 9:00 – 15:00

Afternoon: 15:00 – 21:00

• Off 4 days/month

PROFILE – WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury retail, fashion styling, or high-end hospitality.

• Possesses an innate sense of aesthetics, emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity.

• Confident, poised, and articulate — with natural elegance in communication and behavior.

• Passionate about women’s fashion, contemporary lifestyle, and refined living.

• Fluent in Vietnamese; English or Chinese is an advantage.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary: 8,000,000 VND

• Monthly performance bonus: 2–10M+ (based on KPI)
