The Client Director is the person in charge of managing QUO's relationships with our customers and one part of the client service team. The client service department is acting as a liaison between QUO and the clients throughout the course of the project, from the initial business development stage up to the handover of final deliverables. The Client Director’s responsibilities cover both internal management (coordination, admin, and billing) and external communication with the clients.
Responsibilities
• Take the lead in the management of existing and new clients in the region.
• Develop intimate knowledge of the client’s brand and business. The employee will keep informed of the client's business initiatives, industry trends, competition and market landscape in order to add strategic value to the relationship and identify opportunities for delivering more services.
• Grow existing business. Takes an active leadership role in growing the volume and scope of work we deliver to existing clients (QUO already holds a considerable portfolio of clients in Vietnam). More specifically, the Client Director strives to meet or exceed the business development revenue goals set by the company on a quarterly basis by actively up-selling and cross-selling QUO's services.
• Present the company to new potential clients, review, and execute business development activities with an integrated plan defined by the Country Director.
• Provide leadership and guidance to QUO Vietnam's account managers and account executives including guidance, mentoring, and directing and is responsible for real-time as well as annual performance feedback.
• The Client Director will work collaboratively with the teams in Bangkok to ensure that the job meets the client's strategic objectives. The Client Director also works collaboratively with the Copywriting and Strategy team who are tasked with deliverables and schedules.
• Project Brief: the Client Director writes the Brief used to establish strategic and tactical objectives and parameters with the client.
• Participate in internal reviews: actively participates in evaluating all jobs against the Brief during midpoint and final checkpoint reviews, ensuring that it will meet or exceed the client's expectations.
• Assist in all presentations: Along with a respective team takes a leadership position in all presentations, facilitating the approval process.
• Track and perform the monthly evaluation of client service team members under supervision for improvement.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience in hospitality/travel/real estate is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective team management capabilities
- An ability to multi-task and prioritize a workload
- Keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
- A team player with the initiative to work independently as appropriate.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet use.
- Occasional travel is required for client visits, new business presentations, planning and brief taking.
