We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Manager / Head of Customer Service Department to join our team at GH Logistics Vietnam. In this role, you will oversee client relations, ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and lead the customer service team in delivering seamless logistics solutions. You will leverage your experience in freight forwarding operations to develop client strategies and optimize service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the customer service department, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to all clients.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Develop strategies to identify and secure potential customers, expanding the company's customer base and market reach.
• Provide clients with tailored logistics solutions, including consultation on sea, rail, air, land, warehousing and customs clearance services.
• Ensure effective communication between clients and operations teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Regularly review and optimize customer service processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen market positioning.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 4 years of experience in freight forwarding operations with a focus on client management or customer service.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English, with strong communication skills for collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of logistics services, including sea freight, railway freight, air railway freight, land transport, warehousing, customs clearance, and cross-border logistics.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, driving excellent performance and client satisfaction.
• A proactive approach to building client relationships and solving customer challenges.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnam logistics market and experience with logistics suppliers and carriers.
• An existing client base in the logistics or freight forwarding sector is a significant advantage.
