Job Description

YOUR ROLE:
In this role you will be the main contact point for SPS Vietnam’s customers. You will provide business solutions
and consulting, and build relationships with existing clients by being the coordinator and representative of the
company. As part of the Vietnam-based team of SPS, you will develop and promote SPS Vietnam’s capabilities
to colleagues in multiple countries around the world and push forward SPS Vietnam’s image.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Client communication management & relationship management
- First point of contact for clients, internal and external communication with clients
- Providing general consulting to clients
- Planning communication with SPS Sales and provide initiatives to ensure customers fully understand
SPS VN's capabilities
- Understanding business model proposal deeply and presenting the proposal as representative of the
team
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and conducting annual customer satisfaction survey
- Being the channel for client requests and providing request management
- Networking and establishing good relationships with Sales teams
- Managing the customer contact list
2. Client visit coordinator
- Coordinating, planning, and setting up client visits
- Delegating to relevant departments / responsible people
- Ensuring customer excellence and bridge building between different cultures
3. Develop business proposals and pricing models
- Receiving, coordinating, and clarifying client project inquiries. First point of contact for customer
questions.
- Compiling and synchronizing project specification from client, production, and IT
- Analyzing and proposing best solutions to meet customer requirements
- Positioning offers through standard cost modeling / service agreement / change control note
- Cross-department coordination throughout approval process4. Sales and Marketing
- In charge of planning, organizing, and implementing new Sales material, promotion toolkits (Company
videos, factsheets, webinars, etc.)
- Promoting company services and capabilities in SPS Sales teams from different countries
- Representing the company at events
- Reviewing EN translations
5. Other tasks assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

1. Education:
- University Degree or above in Business Management or Sales Management
2. Technical skills and experience:
- Very good in presenting and good experience with PowerPoint
- Experienced in communicating with clients
- Experienced in Sales or Customer Management
3. Soft skills:
- Strong verbal / writing skills in English and German. It is a must.
- Detail-focused with big picture thinking capabilities. Problem solving approach.
- Strong customer-orientation and consulting skills
- Active listening skills and ability to share information easily, good communication style.
- Assertiveness and dynamic with drive for continuous improvement
- Strong coordination skills
