As a Service Associate Consultant, you will serve as a link between our clients and industry experts in order to establish a mutually beneficial relationship.
Description
* Work with clients to understand their knowledge gaps by reviewing their project briefs.
* Conduct high-level industry and company research to identify the experts who are most relevant to the requirements.
* Proactively contact and connect with targeted experts via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Critically screen experts for their suitability and relevance to addressing a client's needs, with an emphasis on quality.
* Maintain client satisfaction and relationships with experts in order to capitalise on future opportunities.
Profile
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* A strong interest in and passion for business.
* A development mentality to view setbacks and short term challenges as learning opportunities for growth.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Chinese/Japanese/Korean proficiency is a plus)
