Description
As a Client Service Associate, you will act as a knowledge broker between our clients and industry experts. Your role is to collaborate with the company's clients to identify knowledge gaps and experts with the most relevant experience and knowledge who can fill them.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Examining client project briefs to identify knowledge gaps and conducting high-level industry and company research to identify the most relevant experts.
* Using phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach to connect with experts.
* Critically screening experts for their suitability and relevance to address a client's needs with an emphasis on quality.
Profile
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* A strong interest in and passion for business.
* A development mentality to view setbacks and short term challenges as learning opportunities for growth.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Proficient in Chinese/ Japanese/ Korean/ Thai or any other language is a big plus.
* Fresh graduates with a track record of extracurricular leadership are encouraged to apply.
