As a Client Service Team Manager, you will serve as a knowledge broker, connecting clients with industry experts to address their needs. If you excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy connecting clients with valuable insights, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact. Description * Upskill Associates in research, commercial acumen, sales, and time management through custom recruitment projects * Provide project management and mentoring opportunities to develop well-rounded, promotion-ready Associates * Understand client knowledge gaps, conduct research to identify the most relevant industry experts * Regularly engage and validate experts' capabilities to address specific client needs * Think critically, research thoroughly to find the best-fit experts for each client project * Protect client interests and safeguard their data throughout collaborations Profile * 2+ years of experience in the information services industry, preferably in a managerial/leadership role * Proven skills in sales, time management, prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication * Client-centric mindset, committed to exceeding client expectations and delivering value * Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa, Filipino) is highly desirable * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and drive results Job Offer * Competitive compensation scheme including an annual performance bonus * Opportunity to join a multinational information service company with long term career development * You might find above requirements may have some miss/match to your experience but exciting though to explore further.
