Client Service Representative - 100% Remote, Contractor

Pacston & Partners is seeking junior-level experienced client service representatives to remotely co-work with our teams based in multiple Asian and North American countries. The work and communication will be carried out in 100% written English. Strong English reading and writing literacy is required.

The main responsibilities of a Client Service Representative include:

- Screening and replying to client's service inquiry emails

- Categorizing client inquiries and directing messages to appropriate team members

- Filing client profiles in the company client management system

- Assisting organizing client profiles by priorities

- Assisting in contract-signing and signed contract filing into company database

- Assisting other administrative and documentation tasks as requested by supervisors

- Converting information from incoming inquiries to client management system

This is a full-time contract-based and 100% remote position. You'll need to use your own device (computer) with a stable internet connection.

Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri, Indochina Time)

Salary: 9,000,000 VND - 12,000,000 VND per month

Qualifications & requirements for the role:

- Strong client service professionalism

- Remote working/studying experience (preferred)

- Clerical office work experience (preferred)
