Job Description

• Client services, including but not limited to, answering phones, speaking with and assist clients, clerical work (including maintaining records and entering data), or other tasks as assigned.
• Bill and account collectors help manage and maintain the finances of the company and its clients. Receive payments, record financial information, and arrange for payment.
• Produce and maintain accounting and financial records for the company and its clients and also perform or carry out financial transactions i.e. assist in daily investment operation and treasury functions.

• Monthly salary RM5,000
• Entitled for Kuala Lumpur’s Public Holiday
• 14 days paid medical leave and 14 days paid annual leave
• 13th month salary
• 1x flight ticket provided once fully committed work for 1 year (every year)

• Working location and accommodation are easily accessible to LRT
• Company will handle Employment Pass
• Working Period (6 working days): Monday to Sunday 10am - 10pm (Alternate off on Saturday or Sunday)

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or Finance related field; or currently pursuing degree/professional degree in Accounting or Finance related field or Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, or Accounting Degree. All other certification will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
• Required language(s): Read and write in English and Mandarin (Products and clients communicate in Mandarin)
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Inquisitive person who likes to ask critical questions and explore beyond boundaries
• Strong self-drive, oriented and proactive approach to achieving the goals while being a good team player
• High standard of attention to detail;
• Strong sensitivity regarding financial documentation and accounting requirements;
• Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Excel
