What You’ll Be Doing:
• Drive Growth & Impact: Craft and execute winning sales strategies that fuel business expansion, generate revenue, and create lasting customer value.
• Lead with Purpose: Champion the growth of our Composite Materials product portfolio—introducing innovative solutions that meet evolving market demands.
• Be a Market Explorer: Identify untapped opportunities, emerging customer needs, and white space in the market through proactive research and insights.
• Win Hearts & Minds: Build trust-based relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their challenges and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Showcase Maha’s Edge: Confidently present our products and services, aligning them with clients’ goals and positioning Maha as their preferred partner.
• Be a Deal Closer: Lead negotiations with professionalism and empathy, turning conversations into lasting partnerships and closed deals.
• Master the Numbers: Keep your finger on the pulse with accurate sales reports, forecasts, revenue tracking, and CRM updates—so we grow smart, not just fast.
• Deliver Beyond the Sale: Provide top-notch after-sales support that delights customers, strengthens loyalty, and turns clients into brand advocates.

Yêu cầu công việc
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Degree in Chemical Engineering is a plus)
• Proven experience in sales, technical support, or business development, ideally within the polyurethane or composite materials industry
• A strong sales track record with a hunter mentality
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen and market knowledge
• High proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools
• Language proficiency in Vietnamese, English, and Mandarin
• Team player with great interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Excellent time management and planning ability
