Cloud Service and Architecture Manager (Quản Lý Kiến Trúc và Dịch Vụ Điện Toán Đám Mây)

Scope 1: Cloud migration management
- Initiate meeting with the application owners to explain the Cloud Migration Requirements
- Ensure that all tasks are taken care end to end
- Coordinate with app team, RT and IOC to complete all tasks
- Ensure that application teams comply with the required checklist
- Work with the Azure Architect to understand the architecture
- Ensure blueprint is complete and approve prior to the cutover
- Work with application team on the cutover plan
- Handover the application to IOC team
- Assess identified workloads and prepare Blue-Print document for the identified applications and route it through the stakeholders for blueprint acceptance.

Scope 2: Azure Architect management
- Participate in Assessment discussion and Assess the current state architecture of the application
- Prepare Azure to-be architecture for the application
- Provide inputs and directions to tech writer for blueprinting
- Initiate request and provide inputs to Terraform SME to provision infrastructure
- Validate Azure infrastructure if in alignment with blueprint
- Work with RT security team to get blueprint approved
- Raise requests and collaborate with RT team for tasks related to infra provisioning such as create app reference, subnet, add NSG and firewall rules, Incapsula & DNS request, monitoring request, etc.
- Provide standby support during cutover
- Participate in technical discussion with application team and/or Vendors to understand existing application architecture and its components
- Validation of BCP requirement for migrated application

Scope 3: Manage partner services delivery and operations
- To manage and measure KPIs/SLAs delivery
- To manage and control operations effectiveness and efficiency

Scope 4: Plan, Report and advice partner services delivery excellence
- Plan and report partner services delivery and operations excellence
- Advice and align services delivery and operations excellence along the way
