Clubhouse Manager (Managed by Accor Group)

1. Daily operation
- Manages the overall operation of the Clubhouse (“CH”), and ensures that all day-to-day services to members and guests are conducted in a highly professional manner;
- Administers and enforces all Club rules, regulations and policies for staff;
- Assures that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilized.
2. Sales & Marketing activities
- Be in charge of P&L for the CH;
- Develop new and innovative ways in which to stimulate member activities and participation in the CH, with the ultimate goal to increase revenue.
3. HR management
- Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline all service employees in the department;
- Ensure a safe working environment and attitude on the part of all employees in areas of responsibility.
4. Reporting and Planning
- Conduct weekly/monthly meetings to update & resolve issues if needed with Ecopark's departments;
- Complete regular weekly & monthly reports of Operating to the Director of Operations;
- Carry out periodical planning/ budgeting as required by the job and/or of the Owner;
- Follow up with the planning and development of the CH's next phase.
II. Requirements
- Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field;
- 07 years in F&B or hospitality industry experience, minimum 02 years in an equivalent position;
- Proficient in 4 English skills.
