As a CMO, your main responsibilities will include:

* Revenue & Growth Leadership: Own marketing-led acquisition and conversion outcomes; manage and optimize budget allocation for impact.

* Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of 20+ marketing professionals across brand, digital, content, and performance verticals.

* Customer Journey Excellence: Drive improvements across all lifecycle stages-from awareness to advocacy.

* Market Foresight: Stay ahead of global marketing trends and technology; adopt best practices to maintain innovation edge.

* Performance Optimization: Measure campaign effectiveness and funnel performance using data to drive decisions and iterations.

* Strategic Marketing: Design and implement marketing strategies that align with business growth objectives and the SaaS operating model.

Profile

A successful CMO should have:

* Proven success in marketing leadership within a Fintech or SaaS-driven environment, with tangible results in revenue and customer growth.

* Experience in scaling and managing marketing teams of 20+ people.

* Strong analytical mindset and mastery of data-informed decision making.

* Deep understanding of the SaaS customer funnel and lifecycle marketing.

* Proficiency in digital tools, automation platforms, and modern MarTech stacks.

* Fluency in English (written and verbal); international exposure is a plus.
