CNC Plant Manager (Required CNC Machinist Exprienced)

CNC Plant manager is responsible for the entire operations of the manufacturing plant. This includes the management and coordination of daily activities to ensure high performance and production at all times.

CNC Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and employee safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant.

• Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant, including determining production scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.

• Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance.

• Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance.

• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.

• Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order.

• Oversee and manage a team of manufacturing plant employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

• Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding production processes, quality control, and employee performance.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase production, reduce costs, and improve quality.

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, health and safety, and company policies.

• Collaborate with corporate management to enforce changes to plant budgets, safety procedures, and production processes.

• Investigate and resolve equipment defects, and make recommendations for repairs or replacement.

• Participate in activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management, HR, and delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a CNC manufacturing or production management role

• Must have Excellent ENGLISH verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent ability to develop production plans

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to problem-solve and think strategically

• Proven experience working in CNC plant operations required.

• Good understanding of requirements for CNC operating plants.

• Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology.

• Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently.

• Strong leadership and managerial attributes.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
