Collection Supervisor is an integral part of the Collection team and the organization. In this role, Collection Supervisor make a work plan for the months/weeks and manage the activities of their staff while concurrently overseeing activities related to collections and customer service.
1. People Management (40%):
• Managing each Team’s Field Collection, persuading customers to repay the debt, in order to achieve the company’s goal.
• Updating headcount and workload for monitoring portfolio to have forecast about resource and assign appropriate employee according to capacity.
• Train, guide, lead, coach staff relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, collection incentive & scheme and some skills to improve their performance.
• Support the Team Leader to handle difficult situations and complaints.
• Check and verify the report of the team leader, ensuring the accuracy, truthfulness and timeliness of the information.
• Ensure employees comply with the law and general company regulations
• Participate in strategic planning, budget management, and development of policies and procedures.
• Closely monitor and find out any issues related to poor performance of FCs and have plan to solve.
• Ability to recruit new and replacement employees
2. Core Responsibilities (60%):
• Ensure each Team’s Field Collection results are improved/achieved based on the KPI set
• Ensure visiting record by each Field Collector is on time and accurate in the Collection System
• Prepare, manage and monitor the daily, weekly and monthly collection report/action
• Make a work plan for the months/weeks
• Report and suspicious cases that are suspected as fraud cases on repayment to the Collection Manager/Branch Head
• Conduct weekly meetings with the team to share information and find the way to make improvements.
• Report to superiors potential risks and abnormalities and propose appropriate handling and adjustment plans.
• Contribute to improving work efficiency by proposing change initiatives and improving work processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned by line manager.
