Job description
Managing the field collector group, persuading customers to repay the debt, in order to achieve the company’s goal. Arrange work plans for employees. Working and cooperating with related department to achieve the company’s goal.
1. People Management (40%):
• Managing the field collector group, persuading customers to repay the debt, in order to achieve the company’s goal.
• Arrange work plans for employees.
• Appropriate work allocation according to employee capacity
• Training, coaching job for new employees/field collectors on the performance of the system
• Ensure employees comply with the law and general company regulations.
2. Core Responsibilities (60%):
• Following up and listing data to do the risk settlement. Assist staff in dealing with debt recovery issues at home.
• Support team members to complete collections tasks.
• Make statistics, analysis, evaluation of the number and quality of employees in daily/weekly/monthly.
• Monitoring and effective management, daily productivity.
• Monitor the attitude, compliance, and ethics of employees to prevent fraud when collecting money from customers.
• Working and cooperating with related department to achieve the company’s goal.
• Contribute to improving work efficiency by proposing change initiatives and improving work processes.
• Other assigned tasks
Job requirements
1. Education:
• Highschool graduate/ Diploma/College degree or higher ….
2. Minimum experience:
• At least one year working at same position or same field
• Having relationships with society, relevant agencies, and the police is a priority
3. Knowledge:
• Having basic knowledge at finance area, social knowledge, civil law knowledge
• Understand the workplace
4. Other skill
• Management skill and good at Excel.
• Analytical and evaluation skill.
• Communication
• Good teamwork and handle situation well
• Withstand high work pressure.
• Judgment and persuasion skills
5. Quality/working attitude
