The Collections team is a young team responsible for handling the recovery of repayment obligations post disbursal. We make an impact by protecting portfolios and keeping good relationships with customers/partners. Our team is made up of energetic members who look for new initiatives and challenges. Get to know the role
We are looking for a Collections Team Lead to manage the operations of Collections. We believe a successful candidate has good people management and leadership skills, but if you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you either way. This role is required because you will ensure the performance of each member and country as planned, interact with partners, closely working on projects too. In return, you will get an opportunity to be a strong leader, widen scope of work and competitive benefits.
The Day-to-Day Activities
* You lead one team about 12 members, guide them to meet their OKR
* You drive the recovery of portfolios
* You will prepare and present the result of VN to your team members, local stakeholders and regional team
* You develop team's knowledge and skills
* You are responsible for monitoring systems performance to make sure they work smoothly
* You are accountable for hiring, training and monitoring new team members
* You support Collections Manager on assigned ad-hoc tasks
* You make an impact by supporting partners such as: delivery/telco vendors, collection agencies etc.
The Must-Haves
* You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
* You have at least 2 years experience as a leader in Collections or call centers
* You are detail oriented person
* You have high level of responsibility and self-motivation
* You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English
* You are knowledgeable of people management, leadership, problem solving
* You have good presentation skills and public speaking
* You have a College degree in business administration or equivalent
