Description * Analyzing customer service data to identify trends and recommend improvements. * Supporting the development and implementation of efficient processes. * Collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations. * Preparing detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. * Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. * Monitoring key performance metrics to ensure targets are met. * Providing administrative support to the customer service department as needed.
