Mục đích công việc/ Job purpose:
The Commercial Director with a focus on Marketing and Sales, especially MT (Modern Trade) channel will be responsible for overseeing and managing all commercial activities related to Marketing and the MT channel. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and identifying market opportunities through specific focus areas of marketing and the MT channel.

1. Developing and executing commercial strategies that align sales, marketing, and business objectives, with a keen eye on financial targets and market trends.
2. Revenue growth and business development to expand the company's market share and recruit more new customers.
3. Financial analysis and performance including analyzing sales data, market trends, and financial reports to make data-driven decisions and enhance performance.
4. Develop and manage commercial agreements with customers and vendors, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
5. Working with profit targets to set pricing strategies, optimize margins, and ensure sustainable profitability.
6. Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify trends, assess opportunities, and drive product/service improvements.
7. Building and implementing customer satisfaction programs to enhance client retention and brand loyalty.
8. Identify and assess new business opportunities to diversify the company's revenue streams and improve its market position.
9. Leading and motivating the commercial team (Sales & MKT), providing mentorship and guidance to drive excellence.
10. Implementing strategic training programs and supporting the team's professional growth.
Yêu cầu công việc
+ Age: priority is given to recruiting young people, from 40 - 48
+ Gender: Male
+ Originally from the North (to be born and started working in the North), then moved to HCM to work and live
+ Background: Sales & Marketing
+ Experience: Used to work or to be working in Modern Trade. The candidate must have achievements in managing and operating in Modern Trade. Used to work for foreign companies in the FMCG industry
+ Language: English proficiency
+ Soft skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards shared goals and objectives and demonstrate strengths in implementing specific tasks.
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
2. Proficiency in English and MS Office
3. Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles and best practices
4. Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets
5. Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
6. Demonstrated success in a senior commercial leadership role, 5-7 years of experience
7. Proven track record of achieving targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share
8. High levels of experience in sales and/or marketing, as well as managing relationships with important clients and stakeholders
9. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards shared goals and objectives
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
11. Skills of setting up, consulting on strategy & management according to objectives / plans
12. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and manage commercial agreements with customers and vendors
13. Having strategic vision, planning to run the entire business operations professionally and decisively
14. Ability to organize and exploit resources (finance, human resources, other assets) effectively
15. Being decisive, consistent, adventurous
16. Financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and financial performance metrics
17. Ability to work effectively under pressure, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities.
18. Being ready for business trips as needed
