Commercial Executive (Key Account Executive - Ecomerce)

***Working scopes:
● Hunt and establish strong relations with sellers and support their performance as their main contact point;
● Work with Category Manager to develop assortments of category products.
● Work with Category Manager to identify key assortment opportunities, building sales team priority plans to assist for execution.
● Support category products and content creation process to increase assortment life.
● Plan and maintain constant stock availability.
● Ensure and drive ambitious revenue growth in alignment with category growth targets.
● Coach sellers on competitive pricing and store operations.
● Suggest promotions to sellers, selling marketing services, and organizing these campaigns internally.
● Work with MKT and Category Manager to build a weekly marketing plan, determining which products/subcategories will be promoted on the platform and through all marketing channels (campaigns, newsletters, Facebook, and display etc.)
● Develop strong analytics to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimize further marketing, pricing and product selection.
