Position: Commercial Finance and Planning Analyst/ Supervisor (Temp 12 months)
Report to: Commercial Finance and Planning Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for leading the partnering agenda for the Commercial team of Vietnam and Cambodia, in both short-term and long-term strategies ensuring performance from Gross to Net Sales and respective investments, providing insightful highlights on potential opportunities and risks for the business, as well and driving mitigations for gap closure. The position will be in charge of rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and performance tracking for commercial.
KEY RESPONSIBLE:
Scope: Cambodia (60%) & Vietnam (40%)
1/ Commercial Planning:
• Work closely with Commercial team to gather relevant market data: competition, wholesalers, retailers, customers and consumer trends… ensure continuous adaptation to market trends and innovative competition.
• Assist in centralizing collection of AWS stock in trade, depletions and competitive information, provide analyses for customer reviews, market benchmarks and presentations, contribute valuable information for strategic business decisions and realistic forecasts.
• Support Sales & Marketing to come up with Sales strategies and brand activations to achieve the budget and improve brand awareness in targeted Channels. Follows up with all national activations’ plans and payments accordingly.
• Standardize and implement key procedures related to Commercial usage (reporting templates, promotion plans, payment processes, etc.).
2/ Reporting:
• Manage and secure the process, availability, and database of commercial-related key data (sell-in, depletion, sell-out, trade inventory, pricing, market intelligence report, A&D, A&P…) and their relevant deliverables (excel, presentation or Power BI…)
• Secure with team internal & regional reporting requirements on time (CODI presentation, Volumes, NS, A&D, A&P)
• Continuous improvement of process and reporting sets with strong insights
3/ Business Partnering:
• Support Sales & Marketing team for budget controlling, data or strategic decision
• Implement ROI pre- and post-evaluation for investments (A&D, A&P, On-Trade)
• Instill the Volumes to Value mindset with P&L by customer widely consulted and adopted by Commercial Team
• New Product Assessment & Business Case: Partner with Marketing & Sales to simulate the P&L for new SKU reflecting all relevant assumptions, as well as follow up on the actual performance.
4/ RGM:
• Coordinate within total company to deliver RGM milestones to deliver optimization and value.
5/ Ad-hoc:
• Other ad-hoc tasks related to Commercial Finance and Planning scope required by line manager or Top Management

Education & Experience
• Bachelor/Master's degree in Accountancy & Finance.
• Preferred working experience with a minimum of 4 years of solid business partnering/business planning in commercial (Sales & MKT) in a big multi-national company, preferably FMCG industry.

• Teamwork / Motivational Ability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with high level stakeholders. Open-minded and willing to accept challenges.
• Proactive & strong leadership skills.
