• Review, evaluate business plan, budget of trading companies.
• Monitor companies’ performance and update business plan through monthly LE process
• Involve in trading companies’ AGM process
• Other related tasks
B. Reporting actual business performance
• Prepare management report (monthly/ quarterly / yearly) including: FS, sales support expenses, detail costs, sales volume, promotions, etc.
• Control, evaluate performance of sales promotion projects of all trading companies.
• Ensure proper financial controls to participate risk management
C- Commercial Spend Effectiveness
• Prepare insightful analysis in support of management team and commercial team
• Monitor and be part of the team to improve spend effectiveness
D. Business Partnering
• Align with commercial partners on reporting, planning and analytical requirements of each team
• Identify risk and opportunity and work with commercial partners to address action plan accordingly
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Over 04 years of relevant experience, especially as commercial business partner, preferably in large scale FMCG/trading corporation/company with multiple legal business entities.
• Business planning and analysis skills.
• Finance reporting and consultancy skills.
• Dynamic, solution-oriented problem solver.
• Good speaking and writing English skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in Vietnamese with all levels of stakeholders.
• Can work independently and as a team-player and under high pressures.
• High sense of responsibility and proactive working attitude
• Can start work immediately.
