Mô Tả Công Việc
Responsibilities:
o Manage a team of transaction and sales staff
o Follow up with channel partners to provide quotations for C&I customers
o Review financial models to identify the best options for each offer
o Review PPA, NDA, MOU and their financial and operational implications
o Author project summaries, investment memos
o Negotiate/provide support in negotiation of the terms and conditions of contracts, and settlements of disputes or issues with customers
o Identify and propose any legal risk, findings and recommendations
o Ensure that the amount of capacity of RTS projects to be approved is achieved.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
o Preference is given to those who have solar power experience and/or manage a team
o Having a good understanding of the market dynamics (suppliers, competitors, consultants, industrial clients, industrial zone developers)
o Ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
o Good proficiency in spoken and written English
