Commercial Manager

Role Responsibilities: Commercial • Develop the commercial budget and meet financial obligations and or project plans. • Managing and meeting shipping lines relevant expectation and SLAs • Develop detailed customer profiles and up to date business plans and develop multi-modal logistical solutions. • To continuously look for business opportunities, developing new products, new market and diversification. Other Responsibilities • Promote and demonstrate positive behaviors in harmony with DP World’s Founder’s Principals. • Accountable for leading, mentoring and team engagement. • Providing direction, promoting collaboration, and ensuring the team is enabled to achieve goals and objectives of the business. • Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications: In order to give credible support to the organization and be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills and qualifications: • Higher Diploma / University Graduate in business administration, logistics and supply chain, commerce is desirable. • 10-15 years substantial experience in handling commercial activities, broad customer-based relationship management, knowledge of shipping lines, agents, logistics, supply chain management and related port business. • Experience in the automotive industry, PDI service is an advantage.
