Commercial Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Manager based in Vietnam to manage our business development and partner relationships across Vietnam, China, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
You will be responsible for sales outreach, customer engagement, onboarding partners to the Agrify.ai platform, and maintaining long-term relationships with key regional stakeholders. This position will involve travel for trade fairs, client visits, and meetings across the assigned regions.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new exporters, importers, distributors, and suppliers while building a strong trade pipeline.
• Research markets and competitors to find new sourcing and business opportunities.
• Develop long-term relationships with reliable suppliers, assess their capabilities, and support their onboarding on Agrify.ai.
• Facilitate B2B meetings and ensure smooth onboarding and coordination for buyers and suppliers.
• Provide local insights, introductions, and lead generation support to the India and Dubai teams.
• Act as the primary regional contact, managing partner relationships and resolving issues.
• Track sales activities, maintain system updates, and share weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Work with marketing and product teams on local campaigns and communication.
• Represent Agrify.ai at trade fairs and business events and travel regularly to meet partners.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in international trade, export/import, or B2B sales (agri /food sector preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other Asian languages is a plus.
• Proactive and confident in relationship building and cross-cultural communication.
• Good understanding of trade and supplier management dynamics.
• Willingness to travel across Asia as required.
