I.General information
Position:Commerical/ Key Account Manager
Dept Sales
- Reporting line: Country Manager/Director
- Working time: Monday to Friday (44 hours/week)
- Location base: HN

II. Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Commercial/Key account Manager to be a part of our Business Development strategy. You goal is to identify potential clients and realize contract relationships with them to achieve sales targets according to performance metrics. A candidate must have successful experience in market access and new products launches with international background, have expertise in building contractual relationships with wholesalers at all levels, national distributors, pharmacy chains. Also a candidate should have thorough understanding import of goods procedures, trade- marketing financials.
Responsibilities:
1. Reach sales targets in retail channel: find distributors, wholesalers, clients and make agreements with them for permanent base business.
2. Develop and implement Company commercial policy.
3. Develop and implement clear commercial instruments, agreements with clients in compliance with law and company standards.
4. Establish productive and professional relationships with key wholesalers, distributors, pharmacy, and other chains.
5. Ensure contractual relationships at distribution level to reach targeted sales KPIs.
6. Do every-day monitoring and communication with distribution chain to ensure contractual agreements and sales targets are in line with targets.
7. Timely organize procedures on product launches according to marketing plan at wholesaler’s level
8. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly wholesales reports.
9. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
10. Liaise with Marketing, Ops & Compliance team to ensure brand consistency.
11. Stay up to date with new product launches
12. Conduct presentations, events for clients, participate at industry conferences.
13. Analyze metrics in all areas of sales, distributor performance, organizational performance for reporting to higher management and for decision making.
14. Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

- Educational background: Graduate/ Postgraduate
- Major: Relevant qualifications
- Experience:
• Proven work experience as a Commercial manager in consumer industries (at least 2 years) with international companies
- Skill:
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent leadership and networking abilities
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
• Results-driven individual
• Ability to offer excellent customer service
