1/ MISSION:
You are leading & coordinating the internal and external communication plan for Hanoi retail activity, especially for 2 upcoming store opening Events.
You are able to be creative to tell great stories of people and products, from behind the scenes to field tests.
Creation and maintenance of the annual content distribution schedule: you will actively participate in the dissemination of our content, in the right place, at the right time, and at the best value for money.
Development and moderation of sports communities: from the bench of existing web networks (social networks, forums, websites) external to the constitution of a database of Decathlon players (internal), you will highlight sport, its major events you (trade & events) and its practitioners by interacting with them in a personalized way.
2/ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
STRATEGY
- Co-create a yearly omni channel communication strategy (online and offline) alongside sport team leaders and leading team in order to improve Decathlon brand public image (PR) and generate more traffic to physical & online store.
- Co-Design a coherent frame between national and local social media strategies.
- Establish links with media, press, officials, sports KOLs.
OPERATIONAL
- Animate the yearly strategy by ensuring regular follow-up and action plan.
- Create and manage social media advertising campaigns. Follow-up budget.
- Create an original and engaging content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms we don’t know yet. Monitor, report, and track social media metrics.
- Ensuring reporting via clear, innovative, and well designed supports.
TRAINING
Accompany Sports department leaders towards autonomy in their communication plan.

- You are comfortable with public speaking.
- You are creative and familiar with some of the following software (Mailchimp, Ad Photoshop, Ad Indesign, Ad Lightroom, Ad Premiere... ).
- You are passionate about your sport and practice it regularly.
- You are dynamic and have a high sense of responsibility.
- You have a good capacity for organization.
- You have a sense of service and team spirit.
- You are flexible and ready to work during the weekend (5 days per week) and take another day off instead
- You speak Vietnamese & English.
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
