JOB MISSION
The Community Specialist plays a key role to manage and grow community of Garmin fans in sport fields including running, triathlon, cycling, golf and workout fitness. The candidate will act as advocator and product expert to influence stakeholders in sport fields.

Responsibility
· Be the product expert in sport segment including running, cycling, triathlon, golf and fitness to create advocacy of Garmin Sport.
. Form the strategy to grow community of Garmin fans in sport fields.
. Plan, execute and organizing engaging sport events or marketing activations.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing planner, design, social, PR, sales team and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and campaign execution.
· Maintain good relations with stakeholders, influencers and athletes in sport fields.

Required Qualifications
· Proficient and passionate in running, golf or other outdoor activity.
· Fluent in English and Vietnamese speaking. (Chinese is a plus)
· 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing.
· Friendly and outgoing personality. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Knowledgeable about Garmin products
