We are Thom’s Sourdough Bakery in Hoi An, a Vietnamese and Irish owned artisan bakery specializing in sourdough bread and pastries alongside great coffee. We are expanding to a larger location beside the beach and a second smaller location in the Hoi An Ancient Town. During this expansion, we are upgrading our business processes. We have begun adopting SME ERP software (Odoo) alongside other software solutions for team messaging and knowledge/recipe management.
