2. Advise, coordinate and monitor the conduct of the annual and recruitment health checks for Plants, Head Office and Sales with high quality and good customer services.
3. Analyze the results of annual health check; consult Leadership Team or provide interventions to improve health & well-being and minimize the risk of incident/accidents/legal violations due to poor health/well-being status
4. Coordinate, consult or provide supports to Leadership Team to encounter occupational illnesses (E.g. Noise Induced Deaf)
5. Develop, standardize the process of management of health, well-being and also occupational health for all employees
6. Coordinate, provide supports or deliver health promotion programs and activities such as health talks, campaigns, nutrition, exercises…etc
7. Provide consultations, support to plant medical staffing and conduct assessment to confirm the availability of plant’s first-aiders, capabilities and facilities for the readiness of medical emergency including occupational accidents or emergency sicknesses
8. Join in CMT (Crisis Management Team) or provide consultations, supports to prepare and respond to disease outbreaks (E.g. COVID-19)
9. Coordinate, provide supports or consultations to plant’s medical staffing and/or EHS managers to assure the legal compliance in occupational hygiene
10. Provide consultations, counselling services to those who are in needs (E.g. Stress, insomnia due to stress…etc).
