Job Summary
The Clinical Lead is responsible for providing medical and occupational health leadership while managing the operational delivery of health services across Vietnam. This role ensures high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, aligning with Unilever’s global health strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical & Occupational Health Leadership
• Provide expert advice to business leadership on public health, occupational health, and employee wellbeing, ensuring alignment with both local regulations and Unilever’s global standards.
• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of occupational health programs, including health surveillance, fitness-to-work assessments, and return-to-work processes.
• Oversee the delivery of health promotion initiatives such as mental wellbeing programs, lifestyle disease prevention, and company-wide health campaigns (e.g., HealthierU).
• Ensure all employees have timely access to clinical care, emergency medical support, and appropriate referral pathways.
2. Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Maintain robust compliance with local health regulations, occupational health legislation, and internal company policies.
• Lead contract management processes, including service quality reviews, renewal negotiations, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
• Manage the daily operations of health services, including oversight of third-party vendors, contract negotiation, and supplier performance monitoring.
3. Operational & Project Management
• Independently manage projects and operational initiatives, from planning and resource allocation to execution and post-implementation review.
• Integrate global health initiatives and digital health solutions (such as electronic medical records) into local operations to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze health and operational data to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement in health outcomes and service delivery.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues, proactively resolving challenges and ensuring accountability among suppliers and partners.
• Collaborate closely with HR, site leads, and internal teams to address operational needs, support workforce wellbeing, and foster a culture of health and safety.
• Act as the key liaison between Unilever, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and partnership across all levels.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in English.
• Medical Doctor’s degree.
• Occupational Health Certificate (40-hour course or equivalent).
• Proven experience in occupational health and operations management.
• Experience in contract and supplier management.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Business awareness and acumen.
