• Higher Diploma or above in textile, merchandising, supply chain management, or related discipline
• Experience in sample development and with offshore production exposure
• Good written & spoken English
• Working experience in sizable garment buying office or trading company
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage, motivate and develop others
• Strong planning and negotiation skills including the ability to influence at all levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suit

I have been a member of the company since May 28th, 2007. Many people ask me why I have stayed with the company for such a long time. The answer is “ I love this company and my 13 years of service say it”. 

The company keeps changing for the better. Our work is always new, challenging and interesting. Sourcing Merchandiser - Old Navy

I’m working as Sourcing Merchandiser for Old Navy Brand located in GIS Vietnam office. 
As a Product Developer (PD), we are working closely with Designers & Merchandisers team at Head quarter (HQ) in San Francisco to provide correct and competitive materials for new products in trend.
 
I’m so excited and proud to see our products selling in stores as well as online. I usually enjoy reading customer feedbacks on our website to know how my work make life more beautiful. The most thing inspires me come to work every day is that our company is honored to be recognized one of the companies changing the world through innovative environmental efforts, the advancement of human right and technological breakthroughs

I have been working in Gap almost 4 years and found my best place to work in here. I feel I am so lucky to have opportunity to meet and work with all very professional people from my colleague, my vendors/ suppliers and GIS partners in Hongkong / Shanghai / India as well as HQ.
