• Office is individual France Villa with garden.

• 230 staff, including: Engineers, BPM, PM, Sales, etc.

• 20 Japanese staff + 1 UK working together at the HCM office

• Developed over 200 products for Japan and ASEAN market.

• Technical Seminar 2 ~ 4times/month (Language, Framework, AWS, Architectures, Hospitality).

• Technical Certification support (AWS, Azure, PMP,Google Cloud, etc).

Technical Manager

I joined the company when it had just be founded. At that time, there were many difficulties and challenges when participating in projects has very difficult techniques. I have learned a lot of new techniques from Japanese customers as well as their management method. Currently I am managing the technical and technical development trends, organizing technical seminar or workshop for company's members. These are about all of things related to technical trend such as React native, Vue JS, GraphQL, Mobile, AWS and etc. It is held at least 1 time per a month. I am very excited in that job.

I want to share with the candidates: Do not be afraid of difficulties, new difficulties to develop, difficulties are opportunities, never answer not to do, but answer how much time it takes to do.

I joined Vitalify Asia in May 2018, as a fresh industry person, who was somewhat afraid and unsure about literally everything. One year gone by in a blink of an eye and here I am, feeling so lucky to be a part of this amazing organization.

The thing I like most working here is its positive, friendly culture. All the colleagues are so nice, they all made me feel welcomed, involved and their support in projects has greatly helped me so much. I have learnt from every single person whom I worked with.
