In addition to the partnerships with global industry leaders like HongKong Land, Hamon Developments, Bankinvest, Kumho Asiana, Templeton... and other international Join-Ventures, Son Kim Group has expanded the investment into variety sectors such as Real Estate, F&B, Fashion, Hospitality and Retails.

Mr. Andy Han Suk Jung has over 15 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, and operation in Korea and Vietnam. He graduated with a B. S. in Business & Economics, Marketing at Lehigh University, Pa, USA. He has completed American Int’l Certified Public Accountant (AICPA). Mr. Han was Deputy General Director cum Club General Manager of Twin Doves Golf Club, the best Golf Club development in Vietnam where he served for 9 years before joined SonKim Land in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer and being promoted as CEO of the corporation since 2018
Mr. Lim Kok Siang has more than 35 years of professional real estate experience, 13 years of which have been in Vietnam. Mr. Lim obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore in 1983 and has extensive expertise in the development of residential, mixed commercial and industrial projects. Prior to joining SonKim Land, Mr. Lim holds senior positions in leading real estate companies such as Wing Tai Asia, Keppel Land, GuocoLand, Nassim JVC and Frasers Centrepoint. Notably, he has led the successful completion of many projects in Singapore, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Vietnam
