Ms. Nguyễn Thị Ái Nguyệt

Chief HR Officer

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Nguyet joined Home Credit Vietnam as Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2011, leading an integrated function comprising of People and Culture. In addition to her years of experiences in HR, she brings in a strong organizational strategy capacity and in-depth understanding of the business to develop the company’s corporate culture, local management and internal capability.

Chief IT Officer

Mr Peter Zajic’s background is applied informatics; after he graduated from Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Czech, he has played various roles at global companies in Finance & Technology industry. ​ He had more than 6 years working at Home Credit International before joining Home Credit Vietnam as Chief Information Officer since Aug 2019.​ He got married and has two children.​ Outside of work, he loves to spend his leisure time with his family, travelling and photography.
