The Inabata Group’s Mission is to contribute to the development of society based on the humanitarian spirit of “ai (love)” and “kei (respect)”, which have been the two core values for the company since its inception. Inabata’s vision is to continually evolve, serving clients and society, through global operations and meeting their changing needs.

Company Way

In 1997, Inabata Singapore (the regional center for Southeast Asia) set up a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City. It started by supporting Japanese businesses, providing them export bases for seafood products. Soon after, as Japanese enterprises expanded their foothold in Vietnam, Inabata opened another office in Hanoi city to enhance our operation in the country. In accordance with the change of law in 2008, we instituted Inabata Vietnam Co., Ltd. as a Vietnamese corporation.


Our goal is to be a company deeply rooted in Vietnam and we are aiming to develop business focusing on two main areas – agriculture and construction.

Core values

Our core business today is the sale of synthetic resins and chemical materials for Japanese enterprises in Vietnam that are exporting their products back to Japan. We have also been increasing business with South Korean re-export companies as well as with Japanese firms cultivating markets in Vietnam (mainly the motorbike industry).
