24/7 Customer Support

Understanding the importance of being available for our overseas customers who live in a different time zone, we provide a 24/7 Pager Duty team of 12 engineers to answer questions or receive emergency alerts outside business hours (weekends and holidays included). Emergency response time is kept within 30-minute timeframe, while a Hot Standby is available to keep response time at 10 minutes after the alert comes. We try to keep the maintenance window for just 2 hours while quickly fixing the problems for you.
