Sergio is an accomplished technology leader with experience in managing global teams to accomplish great things. He has been CTO of ecommerce giant Rakuten’s European marketplaces and been a hands-on developer and entrepreneur, helping start five companies before the age of 25. Living and working in seven countries in Asia, the United States and Europe has given him a global perspective to optimizing software development.
Rolf joined Zinio in 2014 after serving as Managing Director & Co-Founder of Audience Media, a leading developer of multichannel software solutions for publishers, which Zinio acquired in 2014. Prior to founding Audience Media Rolf was Director for Global Media at eZ Systems, an open source Web CMS provider for the media industry and worked for 5 years at FIPP, the worldwide magazine media association as Marketing & Research Manager in London.
Ten plus years of experience in recruitment for the software industry gives Van very strong knowledge of the local technology market network, making her an outstanding HR leader. At ZINIO Vietnam, she feels inspired working for the company every day, always seeking ways to improve the company’s culture and attract and retain the most talented team of engineers. Her strong work ethic, geared towards self-motivation, discipline, and initiative has seen her progress to this leadership role within a global company. Lover of building company cultures, scalable recruiting programs, and connecting people for the benefit of all the organizations she has successfully served.
